Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a sitting area with outdoor views. A perfect home for a winter escape or summer beach trip. Walking community; safe area. Fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed to whip up your favorite coastal cuisine.
The space
This delightful home has an open-concept design with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Spacious home with 3 large bedrooms. Huge master bedroom and huge ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. This custom home sits on a large lot with professionally landscaped tropical plants. Peekaboo views of the beach and the gulf waters. Very short walk to downtown and the beach, so park your car and walk.
The bedrooms and living areas have luxury plank vinyl flooring and there are tile floors in the laundry room and bathrooms. This home has 1,571 square feet on an extra large lot. There is lots of parking on a triple size driveway with a carport. Located in the popular golf cart district. The house is a ranch style with everything on one level. No Stairs.
There is a king size mattress in the master bedroom with an upgraded hybrid memory foam and coil mattress. The #2 guest bedroom has a queen size mattress with an adjustable base. The third bedroom also has a queen size mattress.
The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops and soft-close cabinets. The large master bedroom has a sitting area that overlooks the fenced backyard and tropical landscaping. There is a covered back porch along with a beautiful 12' x16' deck and pergola for extra entertaining and relaxing. Propane grill, griddle, and firepit for the ultimate in outdoor entertainment. Storage room off the back deck has beach chairs, coolers, and umbrella. Bikes are also available. There is a large sunning patio off the pergola.
This comfortable beach home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A short walk to restaurants like Bull's, Lil Rays, Juicy Caboosy, or Harbor View Café.
